Biography
Eric is a trial lawyer focused on personal injury, automobile accidents, insurance claims, premises liability, and workers’ compensation. He treats the firm’s personal injury clients the same way the firm treats its business clients – with respect and customer service. Eric always tries to settle claims and cases as early as possible for fair value, but does not flinch when insurance companies and corporate defendants make unrealistically low settlement offers. If a claim or case cannot be settled fairly, Eric and his team do not hesitate to take the case to a jury trial.

Biography
Jessica Burkhart, Senior Associate, is a litigation and trial attorney focused on achieving the best results for her personal injury clients.
She believes in open and honest communication with her clients to allow them to make the best decisions when it comes to their personal injury claims. Although she strives to settle claims before filing a lawsuit is necessary, she does not hesitate to engage in litigation when insurance companies fail to fairly compensate her clients.
Prior to joining Jensen Law, Jessica gained expertise in various area including insurance defense, business litigation, real estate, debt collection, and appeals. She worked as an associate at a reputable insurance defense firm in metro-Atlanta, and she also operated her own firm defending and representing creditors. Her previous experience defending insurance companies provided Jessica with knowledge of evaluating her clients’ personal injury claims, negotiating with insurance companies, and adequately representing her clients in the court system.
Jessica is from Alabama but has grown strong roots in the State of Georgia. She enjoys college football and spending time with her three children and three dogs.

Biography
Allen is devoted to you and your personal injury claim. He believes in getting cases settled fairly and quickly so that you can move on with your life, but he does not hesitate to take a stand or try your case when the insurance company refuses to compensate you justly.
Allen joined Jensen Law in 2021 with eight years of experience in private practice. He has helped thousands of clients with diverse problems ranging from real estate and employment to healthcare and education. As an attorney, Allen believes that it is an honor to serve his clients.
Born and raised in Atlanta, Allen momentarily left the South for undergraduate studies at Middlebury College in Vermont before returning to study at the University of Georgia and Loyola’s College of Law in New Orleans. Allen enjoys cooking, hiking, and making memories with his wife, daughter and lazy Labrador, Heidi.
