Eric Jensen and Michael Roth of Jensen Law, LLC obtained a $460,000 verdict for an injured client on November 30, 2017. The client was sleeping in the bunk bed of his tractor trailer in a parking lot when another tractor trailer hit him, and knocked him out of his bed. He suffered injuries to his shoulder, neck, and back in the fall. There was no dispute about the Defendant’s fault for causing the crash, but the defense disputed that Plaintiff’s injuries were caused by the collision (which was characterized as a minor parking lot crash) and the amount of his damages. Eric and Michael were able to present Plaintiff’s case to the jury, and get a verdict that was significantly higher than the last offer from the defense. The verdict was a nice win after a long fight for the client and Jensen Law, LLC.
