Biography
Eric is a trial lawyer focused on personal injury, automobile accidents, insurance claims, premises liability, and workers’ compensation. He treats the firm’s personal injury clients the same way the firm treats its business clients – with respect and customer service. Eric always tries to settle claims and cases as early as possible for fair value, but does not flinch when insurance companies and corporate defendants make unrealistically low settlement offers. If a claim or case cannot be settled fairly, Eric and his team do not hesitate to take the case to a jury trial.

Biography
Allen is devoted to you and your personal injury claim. He believes in getting cases settled fairly and quickly so that you can move on with your life, but he does not hesitate to take a stand or try your case when the insurance company refuses to compensate you justly.
Allen joined Jensen Law in 2021 with eight years of experience in private practice. He has helped thousands of clients with diverse problems ranging from real estate and employment to healthcare and education. As an attorney, Allen believes that it is an honor to serve his clients.
Born and raised in Atlanta, Allen momentarily left the South for undergraduate studies at Middlebury College in Vermont before returning to study at the University of Georgia and Loyola’s College of Law in New Orleans. Allen enjoys cooking, hiking, and making memories with his wife, daughter and lazy Labrador, Heidi.

Biography
Joon is a litigation attorney that treats his clients with the respect and dedication that he would want for his own family. Joon’s success in protecting his injured clients’ rights against unfair treatment from insurance companies and large corporations is what motivates him to continue pursuing justice.
Prior to joining Jensen Law, LLC, Joon was a personal injury and workers’ compensation attorney for a litigation firm in Buckhead.
Joon has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 2010 and has extensive experience in real estate law, business law, healthcare law, corporate transactional law, and civil litigation.
Joon Kim was born in Seoul, South Korea but considers himself a native Georgian. He grew up in Griffin, GA since 1988 but now resides in Gwinnett County. He attended the University of Georgia in Athens, where he graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science and B.A. in Sociology. He then earned his Juris Doctor in 2009 from the University of South Carolina School of Law in Columbia, SC.
While in law school, Joon volunteered for the protection of abused and neglected children as guardian ad litem through the Richland County Court Appointed Special Advocate Program. Joon also supported the elderly, disabled, non-English speaking, and low-income taxpayers by preparing taxes free of charge with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program as a Certified IRS Tax Volunteer.
Joon is fluent in English and Korean. In his free time, Joon enjoys working out, golfing, and making family memories with his wife and twins, Sophie & Leo.
